Haus Sonneneck Guesthouse

Haus Sonneneck Guesthouse

The Haus Sonneneck Guesthouse is situated in the Eros Hills of the Namibian capital city, Windhoek. Finding itself wedged between the Kalahari Desert and the southern Atlantic Ocean, Namibia is a land of enormous contrasts and endless splendor. Most of the country has around 300 days of sunshine every year. It has a well-developed road network that traverse its wide open spaces and vast vistas.

Haus Sonneneck (meaning “sunny corner”) is close to the Windhoek’s shopping and restaurants, yet it retains the peacefulness of a country estate. Spacious en-suite rooms include all you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The heart of Haus Sonneneck is the swimming pool set in a lush garden with large shady trees. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the perfect weather.

Haus Sonneneck offers five spacious double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, one family unit with four beds, and two double rooms with a small open-plan kitchen. The rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, en-suite bathrooms, television, mini-bar, and complimentary wireless internet. All the rooms open onto the garden, but each room also has its own private garden with a table and chairs. The birdlife here is prolific, so birdwatching is a favorite pastime.
